As an animal lover, I know there is a place for the treasured family pet in your pictures. Sometimes, however, that is not possible due to either the venue or the animal itself. I wouldn't recommend bringing your pet to the park or the reception, but there is time for a picture or two beforehand at the house before the ceremony.
Enter Pebbles. Pebbles is Nelly's dog. It's Nelly's wedding day. Pebbles decided that she wanted to be in the picture with the "girls". Pebbles walked in, plopped herself down on the dress, and voila - a star is born. She even looked toward the camera.
After a few shots, Pebbles left and went to go lie down - evidently her 15 minutes in the spotlight were done and she was going to take a well deserved nap. If only all pets could be this co-operative.
This is an example of leaving the pet in their environment. There we a lot of people around that day, but Pebbles and the two other dogs in the house had enough time to check everyone out and were comfortable in their surroundings.
